The funeral took place on 11th May 2026.
Phil will be sadly missed by all who knew him and his family would like to express their grateful thanks to everyone for their messages of condolence, love and support during this sad time. Special thanks to all the staff at UHNM Royal Stoke for their exceptional and high standard of care, Macmillan nurse Sarah Cotton for her advice and guidance, lovely neighbours and wider circle of friends.
